How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Customs charges and taxes
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us.
We will not be responsible for the following:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of MyOutdoorPal. (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Delays caused by the customs department in your country.
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of MyOutdoorPal.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Refunds can be made only if you have received the wrong item.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14

The material is pleasant for the body. I took it as a liner in a synthetic sleeping bag for the winter, but you can use it separately for summer hikes. Light. Convenient design, you can use inside out, which is even more convenient, because. Seams outside and velcro inside. Chose not a two-meter (without a head) l, but 180 cm,-m. With a build of 183/90, the size m on the growth back to back, and the width even slightly in the shoulders is tight, but nothing superfluous, minimalism). Very good sleeping bag! Took on warm weather. I think it will withstand the declared 8-10 * c, but the protective bar where the lightning is not, and how comfortable it will be-the question. The most pleasing thing is that it fits my height and will not have to warm the extra volume of the sleeping bag. I took the size m, at 160 cm. Growth is placed in it almost completely on the top. People above 175 advise taking a larger size. Sewed bag qualitatively; velcro that the neck is soft and does not cling to the fabric. Lightning to half sleeping bag, medium flimsy. There are loops for drying in the foot part. Weight 440 grams in the case. Cover separately-23 grams. Included to the bag is a mesh for storage. The goods went 14 days, packed well. The goods of their money is worth it. Seller recommend.
